Shipping & Returns

Thanks for shopping in our online store! We ship throughout Canada via Canada Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. 

  • Expedited Parcel (1-7 Business Days, **may take longer due to COVID 19 delays) 

When you place an order, you will receive email updates throughout the process. We provide a tracking number when your order is shipped. Packages ship twice per week on Tuesday and Friday. 

If Biscuit General Store is unable to process your order due to incomplete or inaccurate payment info, your order processing will be delayed and Biscuit has the right to cancel your order. (Though we try to avoid this and will communicate with you!)

Biscuit General Store will gladly accept the return of UNUSED items that have not been washed and have original tags attached for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Return must be requested and sent back within 10 days of when you received your product(s). You may return these in-store or by mail.  SALE ITEMS AND SPECIFICALLY MARKED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

In order to return an item(s) please login to your account to request a return, credit or exchange. Choose “Return Reason” from the drop down menu. If you proceed with the return, we will notify and credit you once the item is received back in our store. If you need help with this process, email [email protected] If your request for return does not meet the required guidelines, Biscuit has the right to deny your return request. Biscuit General Store is not responsible for shipping/handling for returns unless the manufacturer has deemed the product defective.

We use environmentally friendly shipping products*- and a portion of this cost is included in your shipping fee. We hope that you can feel good about joining us in our quest to reduce our footprints while making our lives more beautiful.

*Shipping supplies are often recycled boxes, recycled paper, recycled bubble wrap. Sometimes we reuse biodegradable packing peanuts which get disposed of in the garbage and biodegrade naturally when they contact moisture.

  1. Wait for your "Ready for Pickup" email notification
  2. Come by the shop during open hours 
  3. Contactless: Call us (902) 425-5436 and we can place your order outside our front door, or directly into your vehicle if we have the staff capacity

COVID-19 Special Delivery Options

  • $6 Delivery (Halifax Peninsula, Downtown Dartmouth, Fairmount, Armdale)
  • $14 Delivery (Downtown Dartmouth, Spryfield, Bedford, Fairview, Clayton Park, Cole Harbour, Lower Sackville)
Local Delivery Days:
  • Wednesday, orders must be placed before 4:00PM previous day
  • Saturday, orders must be placed before 4:00PM previous day
