The fabric was love at first sight for me and had to become this dress. Can be worn off the shoulder or belted, it even has a secret sparkle to the fabric.
- Materials: shell 99% cotton, 1% metallic, lining 100% cotton
- Care: hand wash inside out in cold water, lay flat to dry, iron on low if needed
- Features: elastic neckline with ruffle than can be worn up or off the shoulder, can be worn loose and twirly or belted, fully lined with a cotton slip, full length balloon sleeve
